The Rialto Maxi-Caravans are located near the golf course, around 10 minutes' walk from the campsite's super-fun water park.
They have an internal floor space of almost 30 square metres and consist of:
- Bright living area with sofa, table and chairs, and air conditioning;
- Kitchenette with 4-ring hob, sink, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, pans and crockery, microwave oven, electric coffee maker;
- 1 Room with double bed (160 x 195 cm) with orthopedic base;
- 1 Room with 2 separate beds (70 x 195 cm) and third bunk-bed (70 x 170 cm, max 50 kg), orthopedic bases;
- 1 Bathroom with shower, WC and sink. Ceramic fixtures, hot and cold water;
- Wooden veranda of around 18 square metres, paved and covered, with garden table and chairs.
- Parking for one car is available next to each mobile home.

The Vivaldi Maxi-Caravans are located in the Golf Village area, around a 10/15 minute walk from the swimming pools and the golden beach of Caorle.
They have an internal floor space of almost 35 square metres and consist of:
- Bright living area with sofa, table and chairs, and air conditioning;
- Kitchenette with 4-ring hob, sink, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, pans and crockery, microwave oven, electric coffee maker;
- 1 Room with double bed (160 x 200 cm) with orthopedic base;
- 1 Room with 1 bunk-bed (80 x 200 cm) and third pull-out bed (70 x 200 cm), orthopedic bases;
- 2 Bathrooms, each with shower, WC and sink. Ceramic fixtures, hot and cold water;
Wooden veranda of around 21 square metres, paved and covered, with garden table and chairs.
- Parking for one car is available next to each mobile home.

The San Marco maxi-caravans, the latest model to arrive at the Adria Holiday home (production February 2023) are located inside the Pra' Delle Torri Holiday Center, in zone D, about a 10-minute walk from the beach.

They have an internal surface of almost 32 square meters and are made up of:

Bright living area composed of a kitchenette (4-zone induction hob, sink, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, pots and pans, microwave oven, coffee maker), sofa, table and chairs and air conditioning;
1 bedroom with double bed (cm. 160 x 190) with orthopedic base;
1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80 x 190 cm) and 1 bunk bed (70 x 195 cm, max 45 kg);
2 bathrooms, each with shower cubicle, toilet and sink. Ceramic sanitary ware, hot and cold water.
External wooden veranda of about 20 m2, paved and covered, with garden table and chairs.
The maximum occupancy of the San Marco Mobile Home is 4 adults and 1 child.

A parking space for one car is available next to each mobile home.

Animals are not allowed.

N.B.: the plan of the mobile home is the actual one; the photos are indicative and are not contractually binding (the San Marco mobile homes will be produced at the beginning of 2023, which is why we do not yet have specific photographic material).
