The little masonry Villas are a one-family house surrounded by a grass lawn garden.
They can accommodate 4 persons and are furnished with one bedroom with double bed, living room with a sofa bed, kitchen with refrigerator and crockery, bathroom with shower and toilet, private parking and private garden with outdoor furnishings.
They are also equipped with air conditioning and Sat TV.

Our mobile homes can sleep from 4 to 6 people and all come with air conditioning.
They have 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. In the mobile homes for 6 people it is possible to make up another double bed in the living area. Blankets and pillows are available inside the mobile home and there is the option to hire sheets and towels at the reception. You will also find a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
They all have a veranda with table and chairs for outside dining. Electric plant with safety regulations, 220 volts socket EEC, ceramics sanitary, fixtures, high quality electrical household appliances, refrigerator 140 litres container with a little freezer, hob with four burners and safety-valve.

It can give hospitality from 5 till 6 people and feature a double bedroom, a bedroom with 3 single beds, a big living-room with a sofabed, a kitchen with kitchenware, a bathroom with shower and WC, the parking only 20 mt. from the mobilhome and the veranda with table and chairs with a wonderful view. There's air conditioned or heating and TV Sat.
The animals are in the new mobilhomes not allowed.
In the mobilhomes there are already blankets and pillows and is possible to rent the sheets and the towels.

Our brand new mobil homes lake (new in 2018) are accommodations provided with great comfort and located waterfront, with a wonderful view on Lake Garda. They can accommodate 5 persons, and are furnished with one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds (one is a folding bed) and a living room with dinette.
They are furthermore equipped with kitchen, refrigerator, kitchenware, bathroom with shower and toilet, private parking in our underground garage and private lakefront veranda with outdoor furnishings. They are also equipped with air conditioning, heating, Sat TV, safe and induction hob.
Sheets and towels can be rent at the reception. Blankets and pillows are provided.
Animals are allowed.

They are also equipped with air conditioning, heating, Sat TV and safe and induction hob.
